Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju, kas atrodas Blīdenē, Brocēnu novadā ar adresi J.Kundera 3, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamo māju piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
Veicināt augstākminēto dzīvojamo māju uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā to ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; Sekmēt efektīvi saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši dzīvojamo māju dzīvokļu īpašnieku gribai, maksātspējai. |
