uzlabot esošo situāciju daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanas jomā;
vairot informācijas tehnoloģiju izmantošanu mājas pārvaldīšanas jomā; palielināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju īpašnieku aktivitāti māju pārvaldīšanas jomā; uzlabot komunikāciju starp personām, kas ir iesaistītas daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanā: īpašnieki, pārvaldnieki, komunālo, remonta un saistītu pakalpojumu sniedzēji, valsts un pašvaldības iestādes u.c.; uzlabot esošo tiesisko regulējumu daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanas jomā un nodrošināt tā pastāvīgu pilnveidošanu. |
