| Operational objectives |
1. Veicināt virves vilkšanas sporta veida attīstību Saldus novadā un Latvijā. Radīt kvalitatīvus treniņa apstākļus un materiāli- tehnisko bāzi. Organizēt treniņus un treniņnometnes dažāda vecuma cilvēkiem ar atšķirīgu pieredzi, iemaņām un spējām, lai veicinātu virves vilkšanas prasmes un iemaņas. Organizēt un rīkot sporta pasākumus un sacensības fizisko un garīgo spēju atjaunošanai. Veicināt veselīgu dzīves veidu sabiedrības vidū, radīt izpratni par sporta pozitīvo ietekmi uz veselības uzlabošanu un nostiprināšanu. Sadarboties ar Latvijas virves vilkšanas federāciju, citām biedrībām, klubiem, kā arī valsts un pašvaldību sabiedriskajām organizācijām. Veicināt sadarbību ar starptautiskajām sporta organizācijām, kopīgi veidojot pasākumus, sacensības un seminārus. Profesionālu un amatieru komandu veidošana;
2. Nodrošināt VVK "Novadnieki" dalību sacensībās atbilstoši starptautiskajiem un Latvijas virves vilkšanas federācijas noteikumiem; 3. Rūpēties par Latvijas starptautiskā prestiža celšanu virves vilkšanas sportā. |
