Popularizēt sportu un aktīvu dzīvesveidu, veicināt sporta attīstību un veselīgu dzīvesveidu, iesaistīt dažāda vecuma cilvēkus (it īpaši bērnus) aktīvās sporta nodarbībās;
organizēt un radīt nepieciešamos apstākļus sporta attīstībai Latvijā, sportot gribošos apvienot kopīgu interešu īstenošanai; organizēt dažādas sporta nodarbības, sacensības, turnīrus, nometnes Latvijā un ārvalstīs; ar sporta palīdzību propagandēt fizisko kultūru un sportu kā veselīga dzīves veida sastāvdaļu, lai veicinātu fizisko un garīgo attīstību. |
