| Operational objectives |
1.Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas un dzīvojamo ēku, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamo māju piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
2.Veicināt augstākminētā īpašuma uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tā ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; 3.Sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši dzīvojamo māju dzīvokļu īpašnieku gribai un maksātspējai. |
