Sniegt visaptverošu, tostarp medicīnisko, rehabilitatīvo, psiholoģisko, sociālo, materiālo un cita veida atbalstu:
cilvēkiem, kas sirgst no neizārstējamām slimībām to terminālajās stadijās, kad dzīvildze ir ierobežota, un cilvēkiem ar funkcionēšanas traucējumiem vai nespēju (turpmāk tekstā - Pacienti), kas tiek aprūpēti hospisos un cita veida stacionārās ārstniecības iestādēs (turpmāk tekstā - Stacionārs), Stacionāru personālam; pacientu ģimenēm Pacienta slimības laikā, kā arī sērošanas periodā. Pacientu īpašo tiesību nodrošināšana, tostarp uz drošību, veselības un dzīvības maksimālu aizsardzību, iespēju iegūt izglītību atbilstoši katra spējām, apgūt kultūras mantojumu un piedalīties tā aizsardzībā, kā arī attīstīt savas jaunrades spējas. Tālākizglītība veselībpratībā, paliatīvajā un rehabilitatīvajā aprūpē ārstniecības personām, pedagogiem, sociālajiem un brīvprātīgajiem darbiniekiem, karitatīvo pakalpojumu sniedzējiem un citiem interesentiem. Veselībpratības veicināšana un organizēšana. Atbalsts fiziskām un juridiskām personām augstāk norādīto mērķu sasniegšanai. |
