nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju, kas atrodas Blīdenē, Brocēnu novadā ar adresi Nākotnes 2, koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamo māju, piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
veicināt augstākminētās dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un saistītās darbības šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanai; sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši dzīvojamo māju dzīvokļu īpašnieku gribai un maksātspējai. |
