| Operational objectives |
1.Risināt jautājumus, kas saistīti ar dzīvojamās mājas Slokas ielā 48A, Rīgā un tai funkcionāli nepieciešamā zemesgabala pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu, attīstīšanu un kopīpašumā esošās daļas izmantošanu, aizstāvot Biedrības biedru tiesības un likumiskās intereses, kā arī pārstāvot Biedrības biedrus valsts un pašvaldības iestādēs, tiesu varas un tiesībaizsardzības iestādēs, attiecībās ar citām juridiskām un fiziskām personām;
2.Panākt dzīvojamās mājas Slokas ielā 48A, Rīgā un tai funkcionāli nepieciešamā zemesgabala nodošanu Biedrības pārvaldīšanā, veicot no pārvaldīšanas līguma izrietošo saistību un lietu pārņemšanu no iepriekšējā pārvaldnieka; 3.Nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas Slokas ielā 48A, Rīgā un tai funkcionāli nepieciešamā zemesgabala pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu un attīstīšanu pārvaldīšanu saskaņā ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumiem, dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanas līgumu un Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem. |
