Operational objectives

2.1.1. sporta un fiziski aktīva dzīves veida popularizēšana un veicināšana;
2.1.2. bērnu kā fiziski aktīvu, uz ģimeniskām un sportiskām vērtībām orientētu personību attīstība;
2.1.3. Biatlona kā sporta veida attīstība Latvijā;
2.1.4. apstākļu radīšana regulāru treniņu nodarbībām bērniem, kuri vēlas apgūt un pilnveidot biatlona iemaņas, piesaistot profesionālus trenerus un nodrošinot ar piemērotiem treniņu apstākļiem un inventāru;
2.1.5. biatlona filozofijas principu ievērošanu, skaidrošana un popularizēšana, it sevišķi bērnu un jauniešu vidū;
2.1.6. sponsoru, mecenātu, ziedotāju, kā arī Valsts un pašvaldību līdzekļu piesaistīšana Biedrības darbības nodrošināšanai un izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai;
2.1.7. iespēju robežās materiāli atbalstīt bērnus un jauniešus no maznodrošinātajām un riska grupas ģimenēm, lai nodrošinātu viņiem pilnvērtīgus treniņu apstākļus un dalību sacensībās;
2.1.8. pastāvīga treneru kvalifikācijas paaugstināšanu;
2.1.9. sacensību, turnīru, festivālu organizēšana gan vietējā (Latvijas), gan arī starptautiskā līmenī;
2.1.10 sadarbība ar Latvijas un ārvalstu sporta klubiem, Latvijas biatlona federāciju un citām organizācijām;
2.1.11. biatlona komandu veidošana, to vadības un sastāva apstiprināšana;
2.1.12. veicināt lietderīgu un produktīvu bērnu un jauniešu brīvā laika pavadīšanu, organizējot pārgājienus, sportiskās, izglītojošās, atpūtas nometnes, citus sporta pasākumus un labdarības akcijas;
2.1.13. biatlona materiāli tehniskās bāzes attīstība un modernizācijas sekmēšana.
