Veikt nekustamā īpašuma apsaimniekošanu, pārvaldīšanas pakalpojumus ar mērķi pagarināt dzīvojamās mājas un tās atsevišķu elementu, konstrukciju, un sistēmu dzīves ciklu, kā arī saglabāt to lietošanas īpašības
Ieviest efektīvas un pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas metodes Īstenot projektus, kas nodrošina dzīvojamās mājas atbilstību spēkā esošajiem normatīviem un energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas principiem. Samazināt ar telpu vides drošību saistītus riskus Sniegt konsultācijas dzīvokļu īpašniekiem par normatīvajiem aktiem, pārstāvēt īpašnieku intereses valsts institūcijās, kā arī attiecībās ar pakalpojumu sniedzējiem. |
