Operational objectives

Iesaistīt kauliņu šaha pasākumos pēc iespējas vairāk valsts iedzīvotāju, īpaši jauniešus, kontrolējot mācību un treniņu procesu un veicot metodisko vadību, aptverot visas sportiskās sagatavotības un vecuma grupas;
Popularizēt kauliņu šaha spēli Latvijas Republikā un aiz tās robežām;
Attīstīt starptautiskos sporta sakarus, nodrošinot valsts un starptautiskā mēroga sacensību organizēšanu un tiesāšanu;
Rūpēties par Latvijas profesionālo šahistu, treneru un citu šaha speciālistu apmācību un tālāku izglītību, viņu tiesību un interešu aizstāvību. Iesaistīt savā darbībā speciālistus un ekspertus;
Izstrādāt un apstiprināt sacensību kalendārus, nolikums un citus nepieciešamos dokumentus;
Organizēt vietējā un starptautiskā līmeņa sacensības;
Organizēt un atbalstīt saistītus pasākumus;
Sadarboties ar citu valstu klubiem, savienībām, federācijām;
Organizēt un vadīt jebkuru labdarības pasākumu, kura organizēšana nav pretrunā ar Latvijas Republikas likumdošanu;
