Operational objectives Virsmērķis ir sabiedriskā labuma darbība, interešu, neformālās un formālās izglītības, tajā skaitā mūžizglītības un profesionālās izglītības veicināšanai visos vecuma posmos, sniedzot atbalstu talantīgiem izglītojamajiem, kuri parāda izcilas spējas zināšanu padziļinātā apguvē, veicinot savu radošo un izziņas darbību.
Mērķi ir:
talantīgu izglītojamo, apzināšana, atbalstot valsts un starptautiskas mācību priekšmetu olimpiādes un profesionālās meistarības konkursus;
atbalsts formālās un neformālās izglītības atbalsta pasākumu nodrošināšanai un šādu pasākumu organizēšana;
atbalsts interešu izglītības un mūžizglītības pasākumu nodrošināšanai un šādu pasākumu organizēšana;
atbalsts mērķtiecīgas sadarbības projektiem, kas ietver izglītojamo apmaiņu, ekspertu vizītes un apmācību kursus.
