Operational objectives

Apvienot atbildīgus un mērķtiecīgus cilvēkus, lai brīvprātīgi un uz līdzīgu interešu pamata darbotos biedrības mērķu sasniegšanā;
Biedrības mērķi ir:
1.palielināt Latvijas iedzīvotāju interesi par sportu un fiziskām aktivitātēm;
2.veicināt dažādu sporta veidu attīstību Latvijā, radot nepieciešamos apstākļus izglītojošām nodarbībām, treniņiem un sacensībām dažāda vecuma cilvēkiem ar atšķirīgu pieredzi, iemaņām un spējām;
3.rūpēties par Latvijas starptautiskā prestiža celšanu sporta nozarē;
4.nodrošināt Biedrības atbalstīto sportistu un sporta komandu piedalīšanos Latvijas mēroga un starptautiskajās sacensībās;
5.organizēt sporta pasākumus un nometnes;
6.nodrošināt iespējas bērniem un jauniešiem iesaistīties sportiskās nodarbībās, veicinot veselīgu un aktīvu dzīvesveidu;
7.sekmēt sporta kultūras attīstību un saglabāšanos;
8.apvienot dažādu sporta sacensību organizatorus, veidojot komunikāciju to starpā un pārstāvot to intereses citās organizācijās;
9.īstenot un atbalstīt veselīgu dzīvesveidu caur aktivitātēm, pasākumiem un projektiem;
10.sabiedrības prioritāro vajadzību izzināšana un to realizēšanai atbilstošu pasākumu plānošana un ieviešana;
11.veidot sadarbību ar valsts un pašvaldību iestādēm;
12.veselīga dzīvesveida popularizēšana;
13.pašizglītošanās, mūžizglītība.
