Izveidot un attīstīt Sv. Jēkaba ceļu Latvijā (turpmāk - Sv. Jēkaba ceļš) kā Eiropas Sv. Jēkaba ceļa sastāvdaļu;
sadarbībā ar valsts, pašvaldību un reliģiskajām iestādēm un institūcijām veikt Sv. Jēkaba ceļa iezīmēšanu, marķēšanu un labiekārtošanu; rūpēties par svētceļnieku, kas izmantos Sv. Jēkaba ceļu, nodrošināšanu ar informāciju, naktsmājām, nepieciešamās palīdzības sniegšanu, u.tml.; veikt un atbalstīt darbu un pasākumus, kas saistīti ar Sv. Jēkaba ceļa kristīgā gara īstenošanu un popularizēšanu; organizēt pasākumus, kas veicina Sv. Jēkaba ceļa popularizēšanu un attīstību Eiropā un Latvijā (sanāksmes, lasījumi, konferences, koncerti, reklāmas, izglītības kampaņas, u.tml.). |
