Operational objectives Atbalstīt Latgales sporta attīstību;
Atbalstīt Latgales sportistu tūrismu lai piedalītos starptautiskajos sporta pasākumos.
Sociālā sektora aktivitātes, tai skaitā labklājības veicināšana un sociālo pamatpakalpojumu nodrošināšana, vietējās un reģionālās iniciatīvas un aktivitātes sociālās nevienlīdzības mazināšanai, sociālās iekļaušanas un dzimumu līdztiesības veicināšanai, kā arī sociālās atstumtības riskam pakļauto bērnu un jauniešu ( īpaši bērnu un jauniešu ar īpašam vajadzībām) integrācija sabiedrībā un darba tirgū.
Veicināt vienotas sabiedrības veidošanas - stiprināt demokrātiskās vērtības un cilvēktiesību ievērošanu, starpkultūru dialoga veicināšana, izpratnes par starpkultūru komunikācijas atšķirībām, iecietības veicinošas un diskrimināciju mazinošas informatīvas un izglītojošas aktivitātes, kas veicina demokrātisko līdzdalību, novērš diskrimināciju, veicina labklājības izaugsmi, iecietību un sekmē sociāli atstumto un nabadzības riskam pakļauto bērnu un jauniešu integrāciju sabiedrībā un darba tirgū.
Veicināt un popularizēt bērnu un jauniešu ar īpašām vajadzībām sabiedriskas, izglītības, zinātnes, kultūras, jaunrades un sporta aktivitātes un iniciatīvas, organizēt un atbalstīt pasākumus bērniem un jauniešiem, veicinot bērnu un jauniešu garīgo un fizisko pilnveidošanos, veselīgu dzīvesveidu, pozitīvu un atvērtu pasaules uztveri, savstarpēju sapratni un iecietību.
Kultūras veicināšana: popularizēt Daugavpils pilsētas un novada kultūras norises Latvijas un starptautiskā mērogā.
