Popularizēt labdarības institūtu un iesaistīšanos labdarībā, apzinot cilvēkus, kuriem nepieciešams atbalsts, un sniedzot tiem noderīgu informāciju, tajā skaitā piesaistīt mecenātus un iesaistīt tos labdarības procesos, kā arī veicināt normatīvo aktu iniciatīvas, kā efektīvi uzlabot sabiedrības dzīves līmeni. |
