Operational objectives 1. Veicināt Latvijas profesionālās dejas attīstību Latvijas teritorijā un ārvalstīs;
2. Sekmēt Latvijas profesionālās dejas horeogrāfu radošo darbību;
3. Veicināt un atbalstīt Asociācijas biedru tālākizglītību; veicināt Latvijas un ārvalstu horeogrāfu un pedagogu savstarpējo komunikāciju un pieredzes apmaiņu;
4. Veicināt biedrības sadarbību ar citu mākslas nozaru pārstāvjiem Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
5. Veikt organizatoriskus pasākumus profesionālās un mūsdienu dejas, Asociācijas un tās mērķu popularizēšanai.. Horeogrāfisko nodarbību, pasākumu, izbraukumu koncertu, nometņu darba organizēšana un nodrošināšana;
6. Organizēt konferences, seminārus un apmācību ciklus Asociācijas biedriem, dažādu valsts un pašvaldības iestāžu pārstāvjiem;
7. Deju tērpu, horeogrāfiskā un sporta inventāra iegāde Asociācijas nodarbību un pasākumu nodrošināšanai;
8. Veicināt sadarbību ar Latvijas, Eiropas un citu valstu profesionāļiem un organizācijām sadarbības un labas prakses veidošanā;
9. Piesaistīt fizisku un juridisku personu finanšu līdzekļus Biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai;
10. Veicināt biedrības popularizēšanu Pasaules līmenī un iekļaušanu Pasaules Deju organizācijā (angl. WDO).
