Mērķi ir iedalāmi četrās pamatkategorijās: izglītība, zinātne, kultūra un sadarbības tīklu veidošana.
Izglītība:
Izglītības projektu īstenošana: kursu, semināru, nometņu un meistarklašu organizēšana;
Personiskās izaugsmes un neformālas mūžizglītības alternatīvas piedāvāšana.
Zinātne:
Zināšanu radīšana, apkopošana un sistematizēšana;
Performances mākslas arhīva veidošana;
Konferenču, simpoziju un diskusiju organizēšana;
Zinātnisku un populārzinātnisku rakstu publicēšana;
Jauno tehnoloģiju integrēšana zinātnē saskaņā ar nacionālo viedās zinātnes prioritāti.
Kultūra:
Performances mākslas festivāla organizēšana;
Izstāžu organizēšana;

Sadarbības tīklu veidošana:
Sadarbības tīklu veidošana ar vietējām un ārvalstu organizācijām (Nordic Summer University, International Summer School of Photography, Urban Institute of Latvia u.c.);
Mākslinieku rezidenču programmu īstenošana;
Mācībspēku apmaiņas programmu īstenošana (Fulbright stipendiāti, Erasmus + un citu programmu mācībspēki).
