Operational objectives veicināt Rāznas ezera piekrastes teritoriju iedzīvotāju labklājību, teritoriju ilgtspējīgu un līdzsvarotu attīstību, zivju resursu aizsardzību, pavairošanu un atražošanu, investīciju piesaiste Rāznas ezera teritorijas attīstībai;
veicināt zvejnieku savstarpējo sadarbību un pārstāvēt zvejnieku intereses;
izstrādāt priekšlikumus zivsaimniecībā valsts likumdošanai;
palīdzēt valsts iestādēm apkarot nelikumīgu zvejniecību Rāznas ezerā;
aktivizēt vietējo iedzīvotāju iesaistīšanos Rāznas ezera apsaimniekošanas jomā un zivsaimniecības jomas attīstībā.
