Operational objectives

1. Sabiedriskā labuma darbība;
2. Rosināt bērnos un jauniešos interesi par basketbolu kā iespēju- aktīva brīvā laika izmantošanu un veselīgu dzīvesveida uzturēšanu;
3. Vienotas basketbola sistēmas izveide un attīstīšana bērnu, jauniešu un pieaugušo vidū Cēsīs;
4. Izstrādāt un pilnveidot treniņu un audzinoša darba metodiku;
5. Piedāvāt izglītības un profesionālās pilnveides iespējas sportistiem, treneriem, speciālistiem un citiem sporta interesentiem;
6. Zinātnisku un izglītojošos sporta pasākumu (konferenču, semināru, projektu, pētījumu, kursu) organizēšana';
7. veicināt augstas klases sportistu sagatavošanu, audzināšanu un atbalstīšanu Latvijas valsts jaunatnes un olimpiskajām izlasēm;
8. Veicināt sadarbību ar Latvijas klubiem un basketbola savienību un attīstīt sadarbību ar citu valstu klubiem un starptautiskām basketbola organizācijām;
9. Vīriešu basketbola kluba izveide un vadīšana;
10. Sporta spēļu un sporta nometņu organizēšana pilsētas, valsts un starptautiskā mērogā;
11. Apvienot fiziskās un juridiskās personas kopīgu interešu realizēšanai un pilnveidošanai, kuras saistītas ar bērnu, jauniešu un pieaugušo basketbola prasmju apguvi, pilnveidošanu un sportisko sasniegumu veicināšanu;
12. Pilnveidot izmantojamo sporta bāžu tehniski materiālo stāvokli un veicināt jaunu sporta bāžu izveidi.
