Apvienot bērnus, jauniešus, sporta darbiniekus un citus cilvēkus kopīgā darbībā; risināt ar fizisko veselību saistītos jautājumus , izglītības un citās jomās; apzināt, pētīt un veicināt pasākumus fiziskās veselības apmācību, sporta audzināšanu ; palielināt sabiedrības informētību par jautājumiem, kas saistīti ar fizisko veselību ; organizēt un vadīt sporta , kultūras un labdarības pasākumus; piedalīties Latvijas Republikas sporta kustībā, veidot starptautisko sakaru attīstību, sekmējot fiziskās kultūras līmeņa paaugstināšanu, atbilstoši Eiropas Savienības valstu līmenim;
sniegt konsultatīvu un praktisku palīdzību; veicināt moto sporta veidu attīstību Ventspilī, radot nepieciešamos apstākļus nodarbībām, treniņiem un sacensībām moto sportā dažāda vecuma bērniem un jauniešiem ar atšķirīgu pieredzi, iemaņām un spējām; rūpēties par Latvijas starptautiskā prestiža celšanu moto sportā; piesaistīt vairāk jauniešus, nodarboties ar sporta aktivitātēm. |
