| Operational objectives |
1. veicināt, rīkot, popularizēt un atbalstīt dažādus izglītības procesus, pasākumus gan Latvijā, gan ārvalstīs;
2. Atbalstīt kluba paārvaldītās komandas, veidot vienu maksimāli spēcīgu komandu, bet otru komandu veidot kā fārmklubu, labākai spēlētāju rotācijai kas veicinātu ātrāku spēlētāju attīstību kā arī popularizēt novusu un veicināt novusa attīstību gan Talsos, gan visā Latvijā; 3. vienot talsiniekus un pilsētas viesus, kam interesē novuss; 4. veselīgas atpūtas pasākumu rīkošana, fizisko un garīgo spēju atjaunošana un paaugstināšana; 5. nodrošināt interesentiem nepieciešamo novusa iemaņu apgūšanas iespējas, organizējot apmācības un treniņus; 6. sadarboties ar plašsaziņas līdzekļiem, lai celtu izglītības procesu un novusa spēles popularitāti. |
