| Operational objectives |
Veicināt Olaines ciemu identitātes un kopības sajūtas stiprināšanos, tā veidošanos par pilsoniskas sabiedrības inkubatoru un iedzīvotājiem labvēlīgu harmonisku vidi, tostarp tajā pastāvošo savstarpējo ekonomisko, juridisko un kaimiņattiecību transformēšanos par godīgām un taisnīgām;
Sadarbībā ar valsti un pašvaldībām īstenojot teritorijas labiekārtošanas projektus un iesaistīt iedzīvotājus brīvprātīgajā darbā. Transformēt padomju laiku valstisko mazdārziņu/vasarnīcu attiecību kultūru par mūsdienīgu, racionālu, efektīvu un cieņpilnu privātīpašnieku kaimiņattiecību modeli; Aizstāvot cilvēktiesības, novērst diskrimināciju attiecībā uz Biedrības biedra kā nekustamā īpašnieka, tiesībām. Veidot ekonomiski godīgas un taisnīgas biedru attiecības ar Olaines novadā esošajām dārzkopības sabiedrībām un koordinēt to darbību īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju kopējo interešu vektorā. Pārstāvēt biedrus, kuri vienlaikus ir dārzkopības sabiedrības biedri, bez atsevišķa pilnvarojuma, attiecībās ar šīm dārzkopības sabiedrībām, tostarp biedru sapulcēs, pilnvaroto sapulcēs un valdes sēdēs. Aizstāvēt biedru tiesības un ar likumu aizsargātas intereses kā persona, kurai ar likumu piešķirtas šādas tiesības aizstāvēt tiesā, citās iestādēs, institūcijās un komerciālās un nekomerciālās organizācijās; Informācijas vākšana un patērētāju informēšana par Latvijas tirgū piedāvāto pakalpojumu kvalitāti; Latvijas patērētāju tiesību un likumīgo interešu aizsardzība saskaņā ar Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likuma 23.pantu un likuma Par sabiedrisko pakalpojumu regulatoriem 15.pantu. Veidot biedriem labvēlīgu judikatūru un tiesu praksi; Veikt sabiedriskā labuma darbību. |
