Radīt apstākļus un starptautiskus sadarbības tīklus laikmetīgās mākslas attīstībai lauku reģionos Eiropā un ārpus tās;
atbalstīt eksperimentus laikmetīgajā mākslā jaunos un izaicinošos kontekstos; ar laikmetīgās mākslas starpniecību veicināt kritisku un analītisku domāšanu lauku reģionos, kur informācijas pieejamība un viedokļu daudzveidība ir ierobežota; stiprināt ģeogrāfiskās nomales un piedāvāt alternatīvas lielo pilsētu un lielo centru domāšanu; atbalstīt alternatīvo mākslu un netradicionālus dzīvesveidus lauku reģionos, lai izaicinātu urbāno māksliniecisko dzīves veidu, kādu realizē un proponē radošajās industrijās un mākslās nodarbinātie. |
