1.Harmonisku attiecību starp dzīvniekiem un sabiedrību izveide un nostiprināšana;
2.Kultūras un izglītības līmeņa paaugstināšana tādās jomās kā ekoloģija, mājdzīvnieku uzturēšana, mijiedarbība ar dzīvniekiem;
