| Operational objectives |
1. Atjaunot operetes un muzikālā teātra žanru - mūziklu, vodeviļu, populāru operu, komisko operu un muzikālo izrāžu bērniem -tradīcijas un popularitāti Latvijā, popularizēt latviešu nacionālo opereti;
2. Veicināt profesionāla operetes un muzikālā teātra ar savu māksliniecisko kolektīvu, orķestri un savām telpām atjaunošanu Latvijā; 3. Nodrošināt un veicināt gan topošo, gan pieredzējušo mākslinieku virspusīgu radošo attīstību, izaugsmi un izglītošanu; 4. Īstenot sociālos, izglītības un kultūras projektus un nodrošināt to pieejamību dažādām iedzīvotāju grupām, kā arī veikt citu sabiedriskā labuma darbību, kas vērsta uz sabiedrības kultūras un izglītība sveicināšanu; 5. Nodrošināt savu biedru sociālo aizsardzību, atbalstīt grūtībās nonākušos operetes un muzikālā teātra māksliniekus, kā arī pensionētos māksliniekus, veicinot to labklājības līmeņa celšanu, integrāciju mākslinieciskajā vidē un sabiedrībā; 6. Atbalstīt un aizstāvēt mazaizsargātu iedzīvotāju grupu - personu ar invaliditāti, tai skaitā ar redzes invaliditāti, bez vecāku gādības palikušu bērnu, daudzbērnu ģimeņu, pensijas vecuma cilvēku - tiesības un intereses, veicināt šo iedzīvotāju grupu integrāciju sabiedrībā un kultūras dzīvē. |
