Operational objectives

Organizācija, kas plānveida procesā nodarbojas ar sabiedrības izglītošanu mākslas, kultūras un veselīga dzīvesveida jomā, kas sevī ietver dažādas sabiedriskā labuma darbības:
muzikālos priekšnesumus, koncertu rīkošanu, teātra izrāžu organizēšanu, kinoseansus, literārus pasākumus, mākslas un tās tendenču lekcijas, izstādes un darbnīcas, dažāda vecuma un interešu cilvēkiem. Laika perioda apmācību, nometņu vai dienas centra veidolā, organizēšanu jauniešiem un bērniem, to kreativitātes attīstīšanai, un Nekomerciāla kultūras centra izveidi Talsu novadā.
Organizēt pasākumus un vietu, kas būtu brīvi pieejams dažāda vecuma Talsu un apkārtnes iedzīvotājiem, sniedzot iespēju iepazīties ar jaunām mākslas tendencēm, kā arī klasiskajām vērtībām.
Iesaistīties radošajās aktivitātēs, kas jau tiek dotas no dažādām iestādēm, gan Talsu, gan Latvijas, Eiropas robežās, veidot apmaiņas kampaņas gan ideju, gan cilvēkresursu izpildē.
Veidot sadarbību ar citām līdzīga satura organizācijām, iesaistīties projektu īstenošanā un Eiropas un Fondu līdzekļu piesaistēm un realizācijām.
