| Operational objectives |
1. Nodrošināt pieredzes apmaiņas iespēju cilvēkiem, kurus tiešā vai netiešā veidā skar jautājumi par poliomielīta saslimšanu.
2. Veicināt medicīniskās un psihosociālās aprūpes un konsultāciju pieejamību. 3. Veicināt rehabilitāciju iespēju pieejamību. 4. Veicināt veselības kūrorta aprūpes pieejamību. 5. Konsultācijas (gan biedru, gan publiskās). 6. Biedru un interesentu integrācija sabiedrībā. 7. Studēt un ieviest ārvalstu pieredzi. 8. Veicināt Biedrības Biedru sociālā stāvokļa uzlabošanos. 9. Pārstāvēt Latvijas intereses Pasaules Veselības organizācijā kā arī citās starptautiskajās organizācijās. 10. Sadarboties ar dažādām valsts un nevalstiskajām iestādēm, lai īstenotu Biedrības misiju. 11. Veicināt poliomielīta saslimšanas atpazīstamību plašākā sabiedrībā un gatavot informatīvās kampaņas dažādām mērķauditorijām. 12. Reģistrēt un uzturēt informāciju par Latvijas iedzīvotājiem ar poliomielīta saslimšanu. |
