Atbalstīt jauniešu un bērnu iniciatīvas un aktivitātes visās jomās, radot labvēlīgus apstākļus viņu intelektuālajai un radošajai attīstībai.
Nodrošināt jauniešiem un bērniem personības izaugsmes iespējas, piedāvājot fiziskās un radošās aktivitātes, kā arī neformālās izglītības pasākumus. Nodrošināt informācijas pieejamību par šiem pasākumiem un iespējām. Izveidot vidi, kurā taps dialogs starp jauniešiem un pieaugušajiem, pieredzes apmaiņas, problēmu risināšanas un jauno iemaņu iegūšanas nolūkiem |
