1. Saglabāt grāmatizdevēja Jāna Rapas (1885-1941)dzimtās mājas "Ķipi", kas atrodas Tērvetes novadā, popularizēt J.Rapas un citu ievērojamu Zemgales grāmatizdevēju (J.Brigadera, Fr.Ansona u.c.) devumu latviešu kultūrai.
2. Izmantot "Ķipu" telpas mūsdienu grāmatniecības attīstības un izaugsmes reprezentācijai, ik mēnesi sarīkojot pasākumus ar izdevēju, autoru, mākslinieku u.c. kultūras darbinieku piedalīšanos. |
