| Operational objectives |
1. Īsfilmas un fotomateriālu veidošana par Mazsalacas novada skaistākajām, ievērojamākajām un vēsturiski nozīmīgākajām vietām, radot ieinteresētību un veicinot uz tūrismu vērstas aktivitātes Mazsalacā un Mazsalacas novadā;
1.1. Uzrunāt sociāli aktīvās un mazāk aktīvās sociālās grupas par novada attīstības iespējām, skatoties caur mākslas, kultūras mantojuma un tradīciju prizmu, nodrošināt dažādu vecuma sociālo grupu viedokļu apmaiņu, veidot sižetus un īsfilmu ciklu par Mazsalacas tūrisma un atpūtas iespējām, kultūras mantojumu un tradīcijām; 1.2. Mazsalacas novada sporta un kultūras pasākumu sociālā portāla (mājas lapas) izveide ar mērķi popularizēt vietējā mēroga sporta un kultūras pasākumus, ieinteresēt sociālos slāņus aktīvai dalībai, īpaši jaunākās un vecākās sociālās grupas iesaistīties Mazsalacas novada aktivitāšu līdzdalībā; 1.3. Sporta pasākumu un kultūras pasākumu filmēšana; 1.4. Dokumentālo filmu filmēšana par Mazsalacu un Mazsalacas novadu, īpašu uzsvaru liekot uz novada, muzeju, skaistāko vietu apzināšanu un popularizēšanu, kultūras mantojuma un tradīciju izprašana caur radītajiem foto un video materiāliem, jauniešu, sākumskolas vecuma bērnu, kā arī vecākās paaudzes pārstāvju (pensionārus, invalīdus) iesaistīšana šo materiālu tapšanā; 1.5. Plaša klāsta un iespēju foto un video materiālu izveide, tajā skaitā -īsfilmas un dokumentālo video filmēšana, montēšana; 1.6. Līdzdarboties pašvaldības rīkotajos pasākumos, veidojot video un foto reportāžas, reklāmas īsfilmas sabiedrības informēšanai par notikumiem, Mazsalacas pilsētas un novada popularizēšana un arhīva papildināšana. |
