- vikingu vēsturiskā mantojuma izpēte Kurzemes teritorijā veicot arheoloģiskos un arhīvu pētījumus;
- vikingu vēsturisko kultūras pieminekļu saglabāšana un restaurēšana; - vikingu vēsturisko tradīciju, kultūras un sadzīves izpētīšana; - starptautisko kontaktu nodibināšana un attīstīšana ar citu valstu zinātniekiem un vēstures cienītājiem, informācijas apmaiņa, kopējo pasākumu organizēšana; - etnogrāfiskā brīvdabas muzeja izveidošana; - speciālo programmu izstrāde un piedalīšanās esošās speciālās tūrisma attīstības, būvniecības un loģistikas programmās un projektos; - veido sadarbību ar pašvaldībām un citām nevalstiskām organizācijām, t.sk. arī ar citu valstu radnieciskām organizācijām; - veido sadarbību ar latvijas un citu valstu investoriem un finanšu iestādēm; - koordinē savu biedru un nodaļu sadarbību, biedru un personāla apmācību. |
