Operational objectives 1.Organizēt Starptautisko Dizaina vasaras skolu, iesaistot Latvijas un ārvalstu studentus, mācībspēkus un meistarus;
2.Caur praktisku darbu un radošiem eksperimentiem paplašināt izpratni par dizainu un amatniecību;
3.Apvienot dizainerus, amatniekus, māksliniekus, inženierus, arhitektus, fiziķus, uztura un kustību speciālistus un studentus no visas pasaules;
4.Rīkot publiskas lekcijas un diskusijas par dizaina attīstību un nozīmi mūsdienās, par jaunu produktu radīšanas teoriju un praksi, virzību tirgū un komercializēšanu;
5.Nodrošināt biedru sekmīgu darbību radošajā industrijā un aizsargāt biedru intereses;
6.Veicināt Latvijas dizaina jomas attīstību, atpazīstamību starptautiskā līmenī, kā arī sekmēt Latvijas dizaina konkurētspēju ārvalstīs;
7.Veicināt jaunu produktu attīstību, sniegt konsultācijas par produktu jaunradi un komercializāciju.
