Izveidot sētas pagalmu ar tam pieguļošām ēkām un zemi, veidojot augļu dārzu, kas pakāpeniski pārietu parkā ar pastaigu takām un aktīvas atpūtas zonu-laukumu, kā arī dīķi ar zivīm un iespēju izbraukt ar laivu un makšķerēt, izrādīt interesentiem Vidzemes viensētu kā vēsturiskā mantojuma apskates objektu. |
