Operational objectives satuvināt sirds un asinsvadu slimību pacientus un viņu ģimenes locekļus sirds veselības stiprināšanai;
aizstāvēt sirds un asinsvadu slimnieku tiesības uz kvalitatīvas medicīniskās aprūpes (medikamentu, ierīču un pakalpojumu)pieejamību;
apzināt un mazināt faktorus, kas kavē sirds un asinsvadu slimību pacientiem saņemt kvalitatīvu veselības aprūpi;
uzlabot dzīves kvalitāti cilvēkiem, kuri slimo ar sirds un asinsvadu slimībām, aktīvi iesaistoties valsts politikas veidošanā kardioloģiskās aprūpes jomā, sadarbojoties ar valsts un pašvaldību institūcijām;
veicināt informācijas apmaiņu starp pacientiem, medicīnas profesionāļiem un sabiedrību ar mērķi palīdzēt kardiovaskulārajiem pacientiem veiksmīgi organizēt savu ikdienu, iekļauties sabiedriskajā dzīvē un sekmīgi realizēties profesionāli;
veikt izglītojošo darbu, veicinot sirds un asinsvadu slimību pacientu un sabiedrības izpratni par kardiovaskulārajām slimībām, to izplatību, riska faktoriem un ārstēšanu;
popularizēt veselīgu dzīvesveidu;
veidot projektus sirds un asinsvadu slimību pacientu dzīves kvalitātes uzlabošanai;
sadarboties ar citām Latvijas un starptautiskām organizācijām un tīkliem
