Operational objectives

Veicināt ilgtermiņa starpkultūru komunikāciju starp Baltijas un citām Eiropas Savienības valstīm;
attīstīt jaunus un radošus risinājumus mākslas un kultūras integrēšanai mūsu ikdienā;
radīt un pielietot sinerģijas efektus kultūras, ekonomikas un sabiedrības jomā;
piedāvāt starptautisku platformu radošo industriju izaugsmei un veicināt to ātrāku integrāciju starptautiskajā mākslas tirgū;
organizēt izstādes un interdisciplinārus projektus Baltijā un Eiropas Savienībā;
piedāvāt seminārus un diskusijas par laikmetīgo mākslas mediju virzieniem mērķa auditorijām;
iesaistīt Baltijas arhitektūras birojus diskusijā par arhitektūras mākslas tradīcijām un tendencēm Rietumeiropā;
attīstīt radošo partnerību starp kultūras un citiem sektoriem, tādiem kā tūrisms, reģionālā un pilsētplānošana, civilā sabiedrība;
popularizēt kultūras un radoši sektoru stratēģisko nozīmi, kā spēcīgu darba tirgus katalizatoru reģionos un pilsētās sociālās reģenerācijas nolūkos;
veicināt radošus un inovatīvus risinājumus reģionālā plānošanā, ņemot vērā jaunākās starptautiskās metodoloģijas un metodes;
piedāvāt pašvaldībām ieviest integrētu reģionālo plānošanu, izmantojot inovatīvus risinājumus un iesaistot plašu iedzīvotāju piedalīšanos šajos procesos;
projicēt kultūras potenciālus un tradīcijas pilsētvides un ekonomikas attīstībā sakarā ar Rīgai piešķirto Eiropas kultūras galvaspilsētas statusu 2014. gadā.
