Operational objectives

Biedrības mērķi ir:
Darbība kultūras jomā:
Tautisku pasākumu un svētku organizēšana un vadīšana;
Nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanas veicināšana un popularizēšana plašākā sabiedrībā Latvijā un ārvalstīs.
Starptautiskās sadarbības nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma saglabāšana, attīstīšana, nostiprināšana un pārmantošana;
Kultūras, folkloras, mākslas un izglītības produktu un pakalpojumu radīšana un producēšana.
Darbība izglītības jomā:
Rokdarbu prasmju attīstīšana un iemaņu veicināšana;
Pieaugušo apmācība;
Bērnu un jauniešu un apmācība:
veicināt jauniešu iniciatīvas un līdzdalību lēmumu pieņemšanā un sabiedriskajā dzīvē;
atbalstīt un veicināt jauniešu iniciatīvas, radot labvēlīgus apstākļus jauniešu intelektuālai un radošai attīstībai;
nodrošināt jauniešiem iespēju iegūt neformālo izglītību - dzīvei nepieciešamās prasmes, zināšanas un kompetenci;
nodrošināt jauniešiem iespēju lietderīgi izmantot brīvo laiku;
nodrošināt jauniešiem viņu attīstības vajadzībām atbilstošas informācijas pieejamību.
Senioru apmācība;
Apmācību, informatīvu semināru organizēšana un vadīšana un atbalstīšana mākslinieciskajā, mārketinga, reklāmas, komunikāciju, sabiedrisko attiecību un pasākumu organizēšanas jomā. Brīvprātīgās prakses iespēju piedāvāšana un sniegšana studentiem, palielinot viņu darba kompetenci.
Pedagogu profesionālo kompetenču pilnveidošana.

Biedrības prioritārās mērķa grupas ir:
bērni un jaunieši (jaunieši - līderi, skolu jaunatne, jaunieši no trūcīgām un maznodrošinātām ģimenēm, kā arī jaunieši ar zemiem ienākumiem (bērnu nami),jaunieši bāreņi vai bez vecāku gādības palikušie jaunieši, jaunieši bezdarbnieki);
pieaugušie (Ģimenes, kuras audzina trīs un vairāk bērnu, Nepilnās ģimenes,jaunie vecāki, jaunās ģimenes (īpaši viena vecāka ģimenes);
seniori (Personas, kas ir pirmspensijas vecumā no 60 gadi vai pārsniegušas darbspējas vecumu, pensionāru ģimenes, vientuļie pensionāri);
Imigranti;
Pedagogi.
