attīstīt bērna personību, talantus, intelektuālās, un fiziskās spējas, kas garantētu pilnvērtīgu un līdzsvarotu personības attīstību;
veicināt cilvēkiem ar īpašām vajadzībām saņemt ne tikai izglītojošu, attīstošu, bet arī terapeitiski mākslas nodarbību klāstu; veicināt mazākumtautību interesi par latviešu kultūra un Latvijas iedzīvotāju izpratni par Eiropas teutu kultūras vērtībām un savdabību, tā palīdzot Latvijai integrēties Eiropas Savienībā; veicināt maznodrošināto un pensionāru aktīvāku iesaistīšanos un integrēšanos mūsdienu sabiedrībā; reāli paplašināt novadu skolēnu un pārējo iedzīvotāju informatīvo laiku, palīdzot viņiem drošāk iesaistīties valsts kultūras un sabiedriskajos procesos, tādējādi dodot nopietnu ieguldījumu visas sabiedrības veidošanā un attīstībā; atbalstīt jauno mākslinieku iniciatīvas izstāžu un kultūras pasākumu organizēšanā. |
