Operational objectives Apvienot līdzīgi domājošus māksliniekus un domubiedrus radošā grupā;
veicināt mākslas attīstību, nodibinot un vadot mākslas studijas, kuru nosaukumi ir "DZELTENĀ DZEŅA ORDEŅA SKOLA" un "SMILŠU MĀKSLAS SKOLA";
veicināt jauniešu un pieaugušo izpratni par glezniecību, lai tie radoši papildinātu savu personību;
organizēt un veidot mākslas izstādes un seminārus, konferences, simpozijus Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kā arī piedalīties radošo kvartālu darbībā un piedalīties citu rīkotajos pasākumos;
popularizēt mākslu un gleznošanu dažādos pasākumos kā brīvā laika pavadīšanas alternatīvu pieaugušajiem un jauniešiem;
ierosināt un īstenot konkrētus mākslas un kultūras projektus, kas saistīti ar Siguldas pilsētas kultūras pasākumu atpazīstamības veicināšanu;
saņemt ziedojumus un citus materiālus ieguldījumus un palīdzību statūtos noteikto Biedrības mērķu, darbības funkciju un pienākumu realizēšanai;
veicināt sadarbību un pieredzes apmaiņu ar citām līdzīgām organizācijām Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
organizēt un rīkot dažādus ar mākslu saistītus pasākumus kā izsoles, gadatirgus u.c. līdzīga rakstura pasākumus labdarībai un Biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai;
popularizēt Biedrības biedru darbu rezultātus;
atbalstīt mākslas izglītības procesu, veicot jauno mākslinieku sagatavošanu tālākām mācībām mākslas skolās, augstskolās;
rosināt jauniešos interesi par pasaules vizuālos izpratni, mākslas vēsturi;
attīstīt un reprezentēt smilšu mākslu Latvijā un ārzemēs, un veidot starptautiskus smilšu mākslas festivālus;;
papilddarbības veidā veikt saimniecisko darbību, kas saistīta ar sava īpašuma iegādi un uzturēšanu;
izveidot savu mājas lapu un citus materiālus, kuros reprezentēt Biedrības biedru radošos darbus;
risināt citus ar Biedrības mērķiem saistītus jautājumus.
