Operational objectives

organizēt dažādu žanru nekomerciālās un mūsdienu profesionālās mākslas pasākumus Rīgā un citviet Latvijā, tādējādi uzturot un veicinot dažādu sabiedrības slāņu zināšanas, izpratni un ieinteresētību tajā;
sekmēt Rīgas kā profesionālās mākslas centra, kā arī Latvijas - kā reģiona - attīstību, realizējot jau gatavus vietējos un ārvalstu profesionālās mākslas projektus, kā arī veidojot savus produktus un integrētus starpsektoru projektus;
mobilizēt iedzīvotāju radošo līdzdalību, ne tikai patēriņu;
sadarbībā veidot jaunus kultūras tūrisma produktus (t.s. pāsākumu tūrisma paketes);
sadarboties ar pēc iespējas visām kultūras un citām partneru organizācijām Rīgas pilsētā, reģionā, Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
veicināt sadarbību ar privāto un nevalstisko organizāciju sektoriem;
iekļauties starptautiskā kultūras apritē;
papildināt Rīgas pilsētas un visas valsts kā Baltijas reģiona kultūras un mūsdienu profesionālās mākslas centra tēlu ar jaunu saturu, ļaujot galvaspilsētai un Latvijai konkurēt ar t.s. Vecās Eiropas valstīm un to galvaspilsētām, laika gaitā tās pat apsteidzot un kļūstot par pastāvīgu un neizdzēšamu punktu Eiropas kultūras kartē
