veicināt sabiedrības līdzdalību un līdzatbildību politikas veidošanā un ieviešanā, izmantojot tradicionālus un inovatīvus pasākumus, kuru pamatā ir jaunu kultūras vērtību veidošana un esošo kultūras vērtību apzināšana, apkopošana, aktualizēšana un popularizēšana;
