1. Apkopot izglītības starptautiskās aktualitātes un padarīt tās pieejamākas Latvijā.
2. Izveidot sadarbības tīklus inovatīvās pieredzes apzināšanai un popularizēšanai. 3. Veikt sadarbības koordinēšanas funkcijas, kā arī sniegt konsultācijas. 4. Veicināt jaunāko zinātnes atzinumu un moderno izglītības tehnoloģiju ieviešanu un izmantošanu izglītības procesā. 5. Sekmēt mācīšanās iespēju nodrošināšanu ikvienam mūža garumā. 6. Veicināt starptautisko radošo sakaru attīstīšanu un Latvijas izglītības sistēmas integrāciju pasaulē. 7. Veikt pētniecību, izveidot infrastruktūru praktisku pētījumu īstenošanai, sniegt rekomendācijas izglītības attīstības jomā. 8. Veicināt radošus un pētnieciskus projektus izglītības attīstības jomā un īstenot tos. 9. Īstenot informatīvus pasākumus sabiedrībā par izglītības un zinātnes inovācijām un sasniegumiem, to nozīmi un attīstības iespējām. 10. Koordinēt un atbalstīt informatīvo biļetenu, zinātnisko monogrāfiju un mācību grāmatu izdošanu. 11. Veikt citas darbības, kas sekmē izglītības inovāciju sekmēšanu un pārnesi. |
