veicināt nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanu un popularizēšanu plašākā sabiedrībā Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
atbalstīt nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma prasmju nesēju darbību; veicināt nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanā un popularizēšanā iesaistīto fizisko un juridisko personu dialogu ar valsts, pašvaldību iestādēm un nevalstiskajām organizācijām; sekmēt sadarbību ar pētniekiem, pētniecības un izglītības iestādēm par aktuāliem un problemātiskiem jautājumiem nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma jomā; attīstīt un nostiprināt starptautisko sadarbību nemateriālā kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanā , pārmantošanā un popularizēšanā; veicināt starpetnisko dialogu; radīt un producēt kultūras, mākslas un izglītības produktus un pakalpojumus |
