Operational objectives dažādu jogas virzienu pārstāvju pieredzes apmaiņas veicināšana;
jogas terapijas un speciālistu profesionālās attīstības veicināšanas pilnveidošana Latvijā;
kvalitatīvu, izglītojošu programmu izstrāde un izglītības procesa organizēšana;
organizēt un nodrošināt izglītību mūža garumā, tai skaitā akadēmisko, profesionālo un neformālo izglītību;

atbalstīt mazāknodrošinātās sabiedrības grupas un cilvēkus ar īpašām vajadzībām;

attīstīt un ieviest praksē psiholoģijas virziena mācību metodes, kas likvidē cilvēku postpsihotraumiskās sekas un atjauno cilvēka pozitīvu psihomotorisko darbību
sabiedrības informēšana par pašpilnveidošanas un pašatveseļošanās iespējām, izmantojot jogas terapiju un citas ķermeniskas un garīgās attīstības metodes;
