| Operational objectives |
veicināt peldēšanas vecmeistaru un invalīdu peldēšanas sporta veidu attīstību Latvijā;
veicināt peldēšanas vecmeistaru iesaistīšanos sportiskās aktivitātēs, tādējādi sekmējot aktīvu un veselīgu dzīves veidu un bijušo sportistu integrāciju sabiedrībā pēc aktīvo sporta gaitu beigšanas, kā arī popularizējot peldēšanu kā veselību uzlabojošu un stiprinošu sporta veidu; atbalstīt invalīdu peldēšanas apmācību, tādējādi sekmējot cilvēku ar invaliditāti fizisku, garīgu un psiholoģisku rehabilitāciju, kā arī pilnvērtīgāku iekļaušanos sabiedriskajā dzīvē; radīt iespēju peldēšanas vecmeistariem un invalīdiem trenēties, organizējot treniņu procesu un nometnes; atbalstīt peldēšanas vecmeistarus un invalīdus, veicinot viņu piedalīšanos gan Latvijas, gan starptautiska mēroga sacensībās; izglītot un apmācīt sporta pedagoģisko sastāvu un personālu, vadīt un tiesāt peldēšanas sporta pasākumus peldēšanas vecmeistariem un invalīdiem; piedalīties starptautiskās programmās ar līdzīgiem mērķiem, popularizējot peldēšanas sportu un Latvijas valsti. |
