Operational objectives Finansiāli atbalstīt Salaspils novadā dzīvojošos talantīgos bērnus un jauniešus mūzikā un vizuālajā mākslā, sportā un citās kultūras jomās:
-) mūzikas instrumentu iegādē;
-) glezniecībā, tēlniecībā un citās mākslas jomās nepieciešamo materiālu iegādē;
-) piedalīšanos konkursos, skatēs, koncertos Latvijā ārpus Salaspils novada administratīvās teritorijas un ārpus Latvijas;
-) sporta piederumu iegādē;
-) piedalīšanos sacensībās (t.sk. atlases) Latvijā ārpus Salaspils novada teritorijas un ārpus Latvijas;
Finansiāli atbalstīt Salaspils novadā dzīvojošos talantīgos bērnus un jauniešus mūzikā un vizuālajā mākslā to tālākā izglītošanā attiecīgajās jomās pēc Salaspils mūzikas un mākslas skolas beigšanas un sportā to tālākā izglītošanā attiecīgajā sporta jomā pēc Salaspils bērnu sporta skolas beigšanas -
-) piešķirot vienreizēju finansiālo palīdzību;
-) piešķirot ikgadēju stipendiju;
-) apmaksājot pilnībā vai daļēji līdzdalību starptautiskos konkursos, koncertos, specializētajās nometnēs, plenēros, sporta sacensībās u.c.
Popularizēt Salaspils novadā dzīvojošo talantīgo bērnu un jauniešu sasniegumus mūzikā un vizuālajā mākslā, un sportā.
Finansiāli atbalstīt Salaspils mūzikas un mākslas skolu un Salaspils bērnu sporta skolu.
Organizēt kultūras pasākumus ar ārvalstu mākslinieku piedalīšanos un/vai piedalīties to organizēšanā.
