Operational objectives Radīt nepieciešamos apstākļus sabiedrības veselības, sporta, izglītības, intelektuālo un citu cilvēkresursu attīstībai Daugavpils rajonā un pilsētā.
Organizēt cilvēku apmācību un veicināt sabiedrības integrāciju.
Veikt pasākumus un sniegt pakalpojumus cilvēkiem sporta, veselības un tūrisma jomā.
Attīstīt sadarbību ar Latvijas Republikas valsts, pašvaldību un nevalstiskajām organizācijām, uzņēmumiem un citām institūcijām, veicinot sabiedrības veselības attīstību Daugavpils rajonā.
Koordinēt un piesaistīt finansiālos, materiālos, intelektuālos un cita veida resursus biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai.
Veikt pasākumus sadarbībai ar Latvijas un ārvalstu organizācijām.
