Operational objectives Federācijas biedru (turpmāk tekstā - "biedri") likumīgo tiesību un kopējo interešu aizsardzības nodrošināšana un attēlošana valsts un citās organizācijās Baltijas valstīs un aiz robežas;
Federācijas biedru darbības veidu atbalsts un koordinēšana, virzītas uz stiprināšanu, attīstību un kvalitātes paaugstināšana; sanatorijās - kūrorts rekreācijas, atveseļojošu un citu sociālo pakalpojumu sniegšana iedzīvotājiem;
Federācijas darbība pakalpojumu sniegšanas jomā kā Federācijas biedriem, tā arī citām organizācijām, uzņēmumiem, iestādēm un firmām var veikt kā bez atlīdzības, tā arī uz komerciālā pamata ar noteikumu, ka visi ienākumi tiks izlietoti Federācijas mērķu īstenošanai. Federācijas biedri izmanto tās pakalpojumus uz atvieglotiem noteikumiem.
