Attīstīt un atjaunot garīgās vērtības jaunatnes vidū;
Pievērst jaunatni veselīgam dzīves veidam, organizēt sporta sacensības, jauniešu nometnes un pārgājienus; Paaugstināt izglītības prestižu, organizēt konferences, tikšanās, seminārus un lekcijas; Paaugstināt jaunatnes integrācijas pakāpi Eiropas Savienībā, veicināt pieredzes apmaiņu, darba un kultūras sakarus starp Latvijas un citu valstu jauniešiem; Veicināt jauniešu profesionālo izaugsmi; Veicināt jaunatnes aktīvu dalību Latvijas sabiedriskajā kultūras dzīvē; Radīt atbilstošus apstākļus jaunatnes radošās iniciatīvas un intelektuālā potenciāla attīstībai, apvienot radošo jaunatni un sniegt palīdzību radošo plānu realizācijā; Formēt jauniešiem efektīvas saskarsmes, paškontroles un disciplīnas iemaņas; Sadarboties ar citām sabiedriskajām organizācijām, privātajām un valsts institūcijām jauniešu nodarbinātības un brīvā laika organizācijā. |
