Operational objectives Kultūrvēsturiskā mantojuma, jo īpaši valsts nozīmes kultūras pieminekļu - kultūrvēsturisko ainavu, teritoriju, ēku, mākslas darbu, kuriem ir vēsturiska nozīme, zinātniska, mākslinieciska vai citādāka kultūras vērtība, -aizsardzība, saglabāšana, attīstīšana, atjaunošana, uzturēšana;
kultūrvides un kultūrvēsturiskā mantojuma saglabāšanas un attīstīšanas iespēju izpēte, projektu izstrādāšana un realizēšana, finansējuma piesaiste;
sabiedrības un valsts un pašvaldību iestāžu izglītošana par kultūrvēsturiskā mantojuma saglabāšanas nepieciešamību, vērtību, attīstības iespējām un iesaistīšana kultūrvēsturiskā mantojuma aizsardzībā un saglabāšanā;
kultūrvēsturiskajam mantojumam labvēlīgas tūrisma vides veidošana, tūrisma veicinošu un kultūras pasākumu īstenošana un atbalstīšana, tūrisma attīstībai nepieciešamo projektu izstrādāšana un finansējuma piesaiste.
